Indonesia SATUSEHAT Health Pass (SSHP)
Changes in SATUSEHAT health declaration requirements for Indonesia
Important update: The SATUSEHAT Health Pass, or SSHP, is no longer in use. Instead, you now need to complete an Arrival Card form, which includes questions on your health and travel history.
The SATUSEHAT Health Pass was previously introduced as a mandatory entry requirement for all air and sea passengers. It’s now been replaced by the Arrival Card, which contains a health questionnaire, and also collects passenger and customs data.
You must complete this travel declaration before departure. ID Pass Pro makes the process fast and simple — add it to your travel documents in minutes.
What Is the SATUSEHAT Health Pass?
SATUSEHAT (SSHP) was launched as Indonesia’s digital health declaration. As of September 2025, the form has now been merged with a customs declaration to create the Arrival Card.
The Arrival Card is required for Indonesian nationals and international visitors to ensure public health safety during travel. It also helps authorities monitor travelers who may be at risk or exposed to infectious diseases.
Who Needs to Complete the Health Pass for Indonesia?
All passengers arriving in Indonesia by air or sea must complete the health questionnaire contained in the Arrival Card. This includes:
- Foreign tourists
- Indonesian citizens
- Travelers making international-to-domestic connections
If you’re traveling to Indonesia, completing the Arrival Card is mandatory before departure.
