The Arrival Card is Indonesia’s new passenger declaration. It’s required for all travelers and includes both a health and customs declaration. Once completed, you’ll receive a QR code to show officials. You can print it out or save a copy to your phone.

You need to have your passport and trip details to hand, including your flight itinerary and the address of your accommodation. You’ll also be asked if you’re suffering from any health symptoms and about your recent travel history.
